I have a few developer accounts that I enable and disable regularly.
Now I have a problem with a regularlabs plugin, so I tried enabling Peter's account, but it will not stay enabled.
I've tried both from the backend on his profile, and on the backend on the userlist.
I've disabled all caching in Joomla, and cleared the cache in Joomla.
I can enable/ disable my test user.
I've also tried recreating the user, same result.
What on earth is going on?

I think it's admintools making a mess, I've disabled that for now, and then it will enable/disable superusers., so ignore the post
