Yes, there are 4 conditions ORed together since any one of them constitutes a contact info change. If they were ANDed together it would probably NEVER trigger, right?

One thing about OR vs AND... it's really difficult to tell whether the conditions that are there are ANDed or ORed together. Is there any way to make that a bit more obvious/visible? I can tell if I stare at it that they are ORed because each of them has +Add AND Rows button inside its border. But it took me several minutes the first time to figure that out. Just an observation.

As I was typing this I took a screen shot of one of the conditions and in one of them I had val3_cb_zip instead of var3. That would do it. Hopefully, this is solved.
