Plan configuration to not allow upgrades

Plan configuration to not allow upgrades was created by petekuhn

We have a plan where we do not want to allow upgrades from it. It's parent is currently Top.
Is there a way to configure this? TIA.

Never mind. I figured it out. I have to set params on the plan to be upgraded to not to allow it.
