CB Gallery 3 : Issue with "main gallery" ( all photos)

Hi !
I have an issue with the new feature which allow to display photos of all users in a flat way ( see topic  CB Gallery 3.0: Search in albums from all users ?  ) and i prefer to open a new topic.

When I am connected as  superadmin I have all photos displayed - that's OK
When I am connected as registered , I should have also all photos but I get only some of them without any logic ( no specific album, no specific user)

I tried with 3 test users ( the site is in development) - the total of photos is 45 . User1 get 34 , User2 get 31, User 3 get 28 . 

I do not find the reason.

Edit : more statistics.... 8 published photos are never displayed ( except for superadmin) , 28 always displayed, 9 are in between.... It seems independant of user owner of album, of album and of privacy

Unpublished media that doesn't belong to the user won't be visible. Media with privacy settings that the viewing user doesn't have permission for won't be visible. Same for album privacy and the Gallery tab itself privacy. The server side aggregation will remove those and it will try to fill up the remaining paging slots with new media if it can, but it will give up eventually. That is all working as expected.

Thank you Kyle. I posted about my issue because the photos are all published with no particular privacy setting on photos,albums or gallery tabs.

So, i do not know in which direction I can test and find the root cause

The only reason for media to not display is the media isn't accessible for one reason or another. Published state and privacy controls are just some of the ways they would be inaccessible. Profile privacy is also taken into consideration for example since these are uploads to a profile gallery. Tab access checks are taken into account for profile galleries as well. Everything is designed to respect access restrictions otherwise you'd have data leaking. Those 8 photos still being visible to super users confirms this since super users are exempt from basically all access checks.

Kyle, I am sorry to insist . Each users can see the photos of others in accordance with privacy and publish state . It's OK
The weird thing is on the gallery main .

As an exemple, a user cannot see all of its own published photos in the gallery main. I am really convinced there is an issue which is not at privacy level (either users, or galeries, or tab)

Is this issue visible on the sandbox account you provided earlier? If so will take a look tomorrow. If not please PM backend and frontend credentials with URLs to view your issue.
