I've got a few subs where the payment has been made via Stripe but this is not reflected in CBsubs as an update. It's only some users so it's not a system wide issue.
I thought it might have been a lack of metadata in Stripe but of 10 examples 8 have metadata and 2 do not. I'll update the 2 with the correct data.
Stripe webhook is at the latest version - 2026-08-26.dahlia
Any ideas why these renewals keep failing?
