uddeIM does not encrypt messages

uddeIM does not encrypt messages was created by spinxa

Hi.

Problem:
In my insallation i active the encrytion. In uddeIM, tab 'messages', the option is set to encryption: base64.
(Joomla 1.5.23 german, Community Builder 1.4, uddeIM 2.4/hotfix1)

But in the database-table (Table xyz_uddeim) the messages stored in plain text! Also the crypthash-value is empty.

Any hints / solutions welcome!

Have you entered a phrase (below the encryption switch)?

When you send messages using the quick message tab in CB you have to use the uddeIM PMS plugin for CB (not the CB PMS plugin) and you have to enable the encryption also there.

That was the hint i needed!
Phrase was set, but i didn't enabled the option in the CB-Plugin.
