Customize Uddeim

Hi,

thx before, i am use uddeim premium and work properly and very nice for me...

but i need customize like on attachement, becouse i have 1000 more user on site and interactive with pms everyday, my user very difficult to use user list uddeim, becouse search user to many.

can i change whereis sourcecode to modivication like on my attachment.

please help me, can i customize compose view, user list drop select i will change to button popup, then search user from popup page for selected user to send message, like on attachment..
