Does it work with the default Joomla template, like MilkyWay? Check Help/System Info to see if all your Directory Permissions are green.

The same problem with default template, although that fixes some buttons, but still blank pages. All permissions for Joomla are set correctly (everything is writable that should be).
Any ideas?

Enable Joomla debug to see what errors the blank pages give. Also check your server error logs to see if it is a server problem. I assume you followed the advice of the FAQ regarding this issue?
