Hi to all,
I have find the solution. I forgot the follow line in <head> section in the index.php file of template:
<jdoc:include type="head" />
Then joomla can not include the javascript sources needed to work the e-mail cloacking.

I have tried looking for the index.php file to fix up, but cannot find it, can you give me some indication in what folder it resides.

Hi,
You can found the file in the follow directory:
%joomla_directory%/templates/%name_of_template%/index.php
Or you can change the default joomla's template as Rapunzi says and make modifications on it.
