Sorry, I can not elaborate on exactly what features each provide, this is some research left for you to do. I suggest reviewing both websites, contacting both sites, and asking what questions you need. The major difference is iDevAffiliate lacks a properly and complete API wherein PostAffiliatePro provides a complete API which we utilize in our integration (thus allowing additional features if so needed). Regardless of this lacking API however it functions perfectly fine and we use one of their available methods perfectly fine, it come down purely to personal choice; something I can't decide for you. Best approach is to request a demo and compare side by side.
