I would start over by deleting the current field.. then add the same new field.. then edit the mysql table with phpmyadmin and manually change that field to a numberical field..

Not for the fainthearted but this should fix your problem..

Already tried using a zero infront, but then the '060' just disappeared from the list entirely...

EDIT: after changeing the list filter from 1 < to NOT NULL, it workede with 060 :-)
