Hi,
I installed Discussbot 2.4.
(Joomla 1.08, Joomlaboard 1.1.2 Stable)

Everything worked perfectly except one thing.

On the webpage , the code is displayed:

{mos_sb_discuss:2}

but once you login , then you get the correct link displayed as of :

doesn't sound like it is your problem in this particular case, but there is a very handy little bot called htmlfix that allows you to insert a tag around code in a wysiwyg editor, and it will not "mess it up" upon save.

it is called htmlfix and can be downloaded here
