mod_cbuserlist Module

I want to show a list all users but only want to show users with a avatar uploaded to their profile. I cant seem to figure it out with the module. I hope this is the right place to post - looked around and didnt see any other place.

I cant believe there isnt a way of showing off "latest members" or as described above in a question asked 3 months ago with no reply?
If someone has been able to do what i would consider to be an essential display on a community site homepage could they reply to this one please? Ideally i would like to show avatars of latest members within Roktabs on my homepage like you can with Jomsocial with impressive effect.

I have seen such modules on the JED.

Thanks - i have been trawling through a few, I would have thought this would have been high on the list of premium addons to create for CB. i would usually prefer to buy addons from the original developer.
if anyone has specific plugins that do this well please let me know !
