Problem with compressed files

Problem with compressed files was created by toito
I can not install CB in my webpage because can not upload files larger than 2 Mb.
I tried decompressed and upload decompressed for install since server, but can not upload compressed files in my server.
Any ideas, please?

Don't understand your issue. There's no need to uncompress CB. Simply install it via Joomlas extension manager. It is less then 2MB so can be installed safely on minimum spec hosting. Please review the installation documentation found here .

Well, it seems that I have not explained

I saw that size of com_comprofiler was 2,074,498 bytes and thought it was too big and because that's I can not installed CB (1.97 Mb)

When I install CB via Joomla's extension manager this copy some files on the server, including a file called pluginsfiles.tgz (compressed files) in .../administrator/components/com_comprofiler/ if my server does not support compressed files, the file is not copied so I can not finish installing CB.

Don't know what to tell you other then upgrade to a new server. There's no valid manual method for installing the plugins included with CBs package. If step 1 is passing you can navigate to CB in backend and it'll ask if you want to try step 2. Is the CB package not installing at all?
