The step 1 its OK, but the step 2 can not complete, because not find file pluginsfiles.tgz.

Please navigate to Components > Community Builder > Tools and complete step 2 (you should see a banner at the top informing you installation did not complete). If it fails please provide EXACTLY the error displayed. Please also see help us help you within my signature as need further information about your installation and server.
