Solution is not to use:
[cb:userdata field="cb_fieldname" /]
but
[cb:userfield field="cb_fieldname" /]

Unfortunately my solution didn't work. Should be the original solution, but then date format is wrong. yyyy-mm-dd in stead of dd-mm-yyyy. Locale settings and date settings are both Dutch. Seems that delimiter field is taking format from mysql and that it can not be changed.
