Creating groups

Creating groups was created by rafacanelas
Hello:
Is it possible with CB this?
1.- Creators create groups like in facebook.
2.- users can register to the group
3.- Only creators will be able to see users profiles that have registered into the group.
4.- Users can manage what they want creators to see on their profiles (info and galleries)
I also have JEvents, don´t know if it is easier using both. If I can do that with CB I woulld delete JEvents and do everything with CB
