I am not sure, if it is a new topic, maybe it is a follow-up, because it concerns the same plugin "Blogs".
When creating a Blog entry, the editor offers to upload a picture, but when clicking on it, a page 403 appears.
If CB takes the editor from the Joomla configuration, there is TinyMCE activated.
All data bank entries are Green.

CB Blogs has no control over what WISWYG editor features you have available or if they'll even work. You can customize your WISWYG editor within its respective Joomla plugin to disable certain buttons as well, but it's probably a permissions issue is my best guess.
