How can i get the canvas image to fit in the canvas area and not stretch or resi

Can i get it to at least keep it original size and centered?

Yes, use CSS to change its background size to "contain" instead of "cover".

If not can i totally how can i totally remove the canvas area?

Move your tabs out of the canvas positions and use the other positions to design your profile however you like.

That's all good but can you please tell me exactly what CSS code to use and I did not understand where to put it. Please help.

We can only provide simple examples, which I have done above. I've also provided a link to a blog post on where and how to use CSS overrides (where to put your custom CSS). Consult with your web designer if you need custom CSS or consider hiring one if you do not have one.
