Ok,
how do i use a field for the redirection? for example usergroup?
It would save time, otherwise i have to create an action for every usergroup.

You can use a redirect action on the after login trigger. You can then make it usergroup based by selecting the usergroup(s) for access or leave it set to everybody then under the conditions you configure it to condition off a field. Either way will work and is entirely up to you which you do. See the below videos to help get started with CB Auto Actions usage.
