There's a delay between messages to prevent group owners from spamming. You can adjust this within CB GroupJive > Parameters > Groups > Message. The default is 60 seconds so on next page load after sending a message the option will be gone until a page load after the delay expires. If you don't want a delay set it to 0.

thank you, this is solved now. It had been set for 10 seconds and even though 24 hours had passed it still didn't change, however, changing it to 0 did - so I am all good now. Thank you for your helpful support, it is appreciated.

Strange, that shouldn't have been the case. Will retest to be sure the delay functionality is working correctly.

Was able to confirm there is indeed a bug with the delay parameter. This has now been fixed for both group and event messaging.
