Please note PHP.ini needs to be placed in your Joomla root AND root/administrator folders (2 locations) for it to function on frontend and backend.

I enabled the debugging and changed the report log to maximum. I don't see maximum upload size. This is what I get:

Please PM backend login credentials and will review for you. Please also PM login credentials to your hosting panel encase PHP.ini needs to be configured.

Just an update on this issue; users install seams to possibly have resolved it self and user has confirmed CB installed successfully without review of installation.
