no.. it is a variable defined and used in CB... if there is no answer, I will need to modify the CB core files. By the way,this will not be the first core file modification I have made, so it is not bad at this time.
It's not a setting, but a variable set by plugins. Why are you needing to modify it? Only the following two triggers make use of it.
onBeforeUserActive
onDuringLogin
