That is not the way to create a spanish translation.
You can join the Spanish CB Connect project here:
www.transifex.com/projects/p/cbconnect/
and help the spanish translation.
We generate weekly language plugins bt grabbing the transifex translations and releasing here (for Spanish):

At the moment there are many Spanish strings missing - if you join the transifex projects you will help finish this.
