Hello, the image I uploaded was 1200x1230.


You need to use "Yes, with User Cropping" for that.


I do not see an option like this?

User cropping can only be enabled on a per image basis so you'll need to edit the avatar field within CB > Field Management to enable it.

Hi, I see. That has fixed the issue. But only after I changed the settings, removed the image and re-uploaded it. This only works from the beginning and if I change this setting after I have 100 members it will not work? This is very important to know.

It does not reprocess images. They will have to reupload their images. Reprocessing of images would crash 99.9% users servers.
