just wanted to know if community builder can handle paid memberships?

How about the ability to expire access based on a date? Right now I'm using the Account Expiration module but it would be great to have that kind of feature in CB at some time.

Are you using Account Expiration with RC2? I have read some people have had problems with it on the Joomla! board.

And do you need to modify your core code for each Joomla! upgrade?

I'd really like to be able to:

1. Set an automatic ending date (both absolute - like a specific date - and relative - like "after one week")

2. Charge recurring payments to make/keep userprofiles

As we would use these features on a commercial website, I'd be more than willing to pay for it.

I too would like a membership plug-in!!!

I would like to have a free membership which would be a registered user and a paid membership which would be an author.

I would be willing to pay for this as well and would be willing to devote some time to help test/document etc.
