[SOLVED] No more emails (on 1st activation...)

Hello,

Since I upgraded CB (from 1.4 to 1.7.1), and CBSubs (from 1.1.2 to 1.2.2), I discovered my website doesn't send any emails to subscribers after activation. With my test version of my website, there are also no emails to subscribers after cancellation. So, I also suppose no other emails (like renewal, expiration) were sent to my subscribers since my upgrades.

My CB configuration:
(email "from") Email address defined in : CB > Registration > registration email.

My CBSubs configuration:
For each plan, I fulfill several emails in : Presentation > Email workflow texts (like: Email on first activation, renewal, expiration, cancellation by user).

As emails worked correctly before my upgrade, I suppose it's a regression.

As this issue is critical for my website, what I can do to obtain again emails?
(workaround, other configuration...)

No emails send at all? Even if registering without CBSubs? Do emails send from CBs Mass Mailer found in CB > User Management? You could be experiencing the below bug (patch included).

Hello,

No email sent at all:
- after registering, cancelling ... with CBSubs;
- after requesting identifier or new password (with message "Email sending error").
- even by using emails send from CBs Mass Mailer found in CB > User Management (message: "Sent confirmation emails to 0 users")

On my site:
- No registration without CBSubs (registration is only possible during subscription to a plan among several).
- Also, long time ago, I disabled email sent after registration to check email validity (too complex process for many subscribers).

I used the patch described in forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/3093 but without any result.

Have you another idea?

If no emails are sending at all then isn't isolated to CBSubs. Are you using SMTP? If so please check that you have Host set as host then port (e.g. domain.mailer.com:80). "Sent confirmation emails to 0 users" that means you clicked the Resend Confirmation, please use the Mass Mailer (select your user, click Mass Mailer, supply subject and body, then send and see if you receive).

Hello,

You're right, I used Resend Confirmation by error.

So, I used Mass Mailer but the result was similar with the following error message:
"Could not send email to 4 of 4 users out of 4 emails to send
You sent 0 messages to following users :
enregistre_id: Error sending email!, auteur: Error sending email!, gestionnaire: Error sending email!, vincimoz: Error sending email!
4 emails could not be sent due to a sending error."

The last time I used Mass Mailer before upgrading CB & CBsubs, emails were sent correctly (at least without error message).

I don't use SMTP.

My email settings (in General configuration > Server) is like that:
Email server = Mail PHP
Sender address =
Sender name = (my website)
Access path to sendmail = <span>/</span>usr<span>/</span>sbin/sendmail
SMTP identification requested = No
SMTP security = None
Port SMTP = 25
SMTP user =
SMTP password =
SMTP host = localhost

Then I try with email settings modified but without any success:
1st try: SMTP host = mail.mywebsite.fr
2nd try: SMTP host = mail.mywebsite.fr + Email server = SMTP server
3rd try: SMTP host = mail.mywebsite.fr + Email server = SMTP server + Sender address = registration@mywebsitre.fr
