Chiming in here also.

The best thing to do is to download the wizard from the ioncube site and test your environment.

Give feedback to your host helpdesk and ask them to fix things for you.

We have still not found the problem and our dev avantmg (that posted here) is saying that everything is configured properly but we are still getting the corrupt file.

Anyway that one of you guys can help check this problem on the backend. We have not been able to do our renewals or new memberships for 2013 yet due to this. What information do you need to help assist? super user in front post and cpanel info in first post. anything else? We can PM if needed. Also I will upgrade to professional membership, change host, or do whatever is needed to get this resolved as this is urgent.

I would greatly appreciate it as our non-profit association is waiting anxiously to get signed up again for next year.

We have doubled checked all items, this is the 3rd year we will be using your software to manage registrations; however, we just recently started having issues with it. I have been in contact with the hosting administrators several times, we have triple checked ion cube and the php.ini file, everything seems to be parsing well.

We have used the same host registrar from the beginning with out issues, it does not make sense that after 2 years only now the "host" is the issue...PLEASE supply us with a guide of the settings you indicate our PHP.ini files or ioncube should have. We have tried EVERYTHING including uninstalling and re-installing cbSubs.

Well since things were working something changed ofc.

Did you follow this advise I already gave earlier?

This is 100% a host issue. It is either due to a bad php.ini or a out of date release of ioncube. It is always 1 of the 2. If it's a bad php.ini then php information will say ioncube is loaded, which it is; it's just not working. No one can provide you a php.ini guide except your host as php.ini is host by host specific.

Both of you can PM be backend super administrator login credentials as well as FTP credentials (test these and ensure they work before sending) and I will fix this for you when time permits.

Thank you for the response, I did download it and we did check and everything came out ok. I am basically at a loss right now and my client really needs this working so they can get their renewals and new registrations. The only thing that has changed is a firewall software and a few plug-ins that where installed.

I will be uninstalling and testing today to see if they are creating the problems, if possible I would like to not touch the firewall because the site had an attempted attack this weekend. Do you know if this could be the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
