It was the same issue as [#3881] Bug on CBSubs Content with Joomla 3.0 and SEF. My issue is resolved.

I edited the:
/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubscontent/cbsubs.content_access.php at line 528

i replaced

$getPostArray=array_merge( $_GET, $_POST);

with

$getPostArray=array_merge( $_GET, $_POST,jRequest::get() );

This was also the issue with my situation
Joomla 2.5.8
CB Subs 3.0
