Do you have terms and conditions enabled for baskets? If so, then they'll need to re-check the checkbox before they can click a new payment button.

The problem does not comes from the temrs and condition, because it's not checked by default. I checked, unchecked and re-checked it.....

Then this checkbox is displayed only when the user choose the gateway he wants.

I really need to click on the "modify the information of the client" link then validate those information. Only After these actions (which does no change anything in the form, I precise), the basket can be confirmed and the user can pay.

Have reviewed your install and it's due to "Choose payment method:" being changed to use Radio method while also using terms and conditions. I've changed it back to default and it's working fine now. I've created a bug ticket to investigate why this is happening (looks like jQuery issue). Note the buttons will display differently now as it's not a radio selection anymore, but they are fully functional and you can change the buttons by editing your gateways.
