the tab ordering in the tab management layout refers to the frontend ordering when viewing profiles.

you need to look at the values of the tab registration ordering fiels and start playing with those.

you should look at page 63 of your CB 1.1 detailed guide (btw - thank you for supporting the CB team and further development of CB).

Looks like you, your browser, or your isp are using a proxy and it caches what shouldn't be cached...
