Where is Back End Admin

Hi Guy,

I surrender. I have been combing this forum but have not found an answer. Many reference to the back end admin, but never any description of location.

I have the gallery installed and it works great from the front end. User have posted pictures and everything is hunk doory.

However, I can not for the life of me find anyway to change setting like Max file size, number of allowed pictures etc...

Can someone just help a guy out? It seems it should be in:
Back End Admin > Components > Community Builder > Configuration
or, Back End Admin > Components > Community Builder > Plugin Management > CB Profile Gallery

But it is not,
