Multiple usernames connected to a given profil

Is there's some way to have more than one username connected to a given profile/account?
I will be running a website for families where I need to have one profile/account for parents and the children will have their own usernames and login, but will be connected to the main parent profile/account.
The legal parents will be able to buy userpoint with Creditcard/Paypall for their children and they will be able to use this userpoint at different services at the website.
Will this be possible to achive with CB and different plugins?
Please respond to my questions since its a critical factor when I'm choosing the community system for joomla.

I am also interested in this feature. I have a bridged Joomla/Moodle portal, and need to allow parents to manage their childrens' profile, without the children needing to have an email address. Though children should be allowed to log in if they want to.
