Why am I getting this "This profile does not exist or is no longer available" when I try to access this one users profile?

Every other profile works fine!

The username has a "-" in it, can that cause problems?

Please someone tell me how to fix this !!

have your users sign up through the CB module and not the joomla login module...

goto user manager in CB and sync databases...

I'm experiencing the same problem. My username does NOT have a dash. It used to work. Can't figure out what happened to cause it to break. I did not make any changes to my profile or the backend. I even created a new user in the CB registration form, and I can't see that user either.

Some other users reported the same problem.

Someone must have just removed the solution for the dash problem. It was there earlier. Please have him put it back but also include where to add the code. That was missing.
