Membership/ID Card Plugin?

I had requested print-profile integration some time ago, but I actually think this would be even better.

It would be great if there was a plugin to create membership cards for individual users. I'm thinking something like this:

In The Backend, you can set what fields that will be displayed in the ID card, and maybe even a background for the card.. From the front end, users would have a tab that showed their membership card, complete with a resized version of their profile photo, and also had a button to print it out. This would, ideally, only be viewable by admins and the users themselves.

Anyone else interested in something like this?
