Okay I figured it out, so here is the info for anyone else who is having this problem.

You have to create a .htaccess file using something like notepad. Just open Notepad and paste this on a blank page: AddType x-mapp-php5 .php

Then you'll need to save it as .htaccess. Don't give it a file name, just save it with the extension.

When you have saved it, upload it to your site directory using your FTP.

That should do it!
