ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package was created by nicofrench

I have the same problem and I have unzipped the package.
can not install comprofiler.

Yes.
And if I try the 'Install from directory' option I get this message:
Failed to create directory "/hsphere/local/home/..../components/com_comprofiler/images"

The CMOD is set to 777 on all folders...
