Documentation: PDF File with Bookmarks was created by quantumgravity

With Nick's permission, I can supply a link to a version of his excellent CBSubs documentation with bookmarks added to its PDF file. At over 600 pages, I found I needed the bookmarks to navigate through the document easily.

I might as well share it, and I will post a Google Docs link if I get a reply granting me permission to do so.
