I've just set up an Offline Gateway and the confirmation link requires the use to go to:-

index.php/my-login-2?view=login which is a menu time to the mandatory CB login

It is the only mandatory CB login item on the site and I've made sure the menu item is both Published and Public and also left the "URL for first login visit" blank, yet clicking on the link still requires the user to login first - which they cannot do at this stage as they have not yet been approved or enabled.

Any thoughts as to what is happening and why the menu item seems registered when it is not?
