A user upgraded their membership from x to y, CBSubs properly canceled plan x, but gave the user access to plan y without even charging them. How is this possible? I have created a test site as an exact duplicate of the site as of now so you can see for yourself. The user has an active subscription yet no payment.
UPDATE: The issue was based on a promo that was incorrect vs pricing structure, basically setting the value = a negative number. No need to reply but thank you for being there anyway!
