I have a CB Subs plan that requires an offline payment. When the user does this the right way, it works well. THe problem is a portion of our users frequently will send in their check for payment without having first opened a basket. This results in a payment for a deposit, but no existing record to receive the payment for.
I don't want to ask the end user to log back in and complete the subscription in the front end. How can I receive the payment in the backend, and apply it to the appropriate user, and create the basket?
Is there a known solution for this scenario?
