Our users profile contains fields like address, phone number.
These fields are set to not viewable on a profile for privacy reasons as we dont want other users to be able to see personal details when listing users
However we would like one user group (customer support) to be able to see these fields.
Yes, that's possible. Easiest approach is to use CB Privacy. Alternative is to use substitutions in Custom HTML fields with IF substitutions to condition the output or use IF substitutions in the layouts of those fields. See the below on how to use substitutions. Several examples of IF substitution usage at the bottom.
