I use Convert Forms Pro (CFP) on several of my sites. I also use Community Builder (CB) on most of them. On one particular site that uses both of these extensions (always the latest versions), all my CFP forms that had field names 'name' and 'email', which are the default names for these fields in most/all of the sample CFP forms, started causing issues with CFP accepting submission of the forms.
