I´ve got this message defined as my Welcome Email Body:

the message that is sent added a <br> between </h1><p>. This happens all arount the messages(I dont added the whole message), but the problema is that the message is large and filled with <br> lineas that are not writtern by me and are not necessaty.

I read that the problem is the nl2br nd i have to disable it using sth like: 

1. En la pestaña Parámetros (o Parámetros de Visualización), busca una opción llamada "Formatear saltos de línea" o "Renderizar como HTML".
2. Cambia el ajuste a No o selecciona Texto plano (Plain Text) para evitar que la extensión inyecte de manera automática la función
