[SOLVED] field value set to 0 after end of subscription

10 years 9 months ago - 10 years 9 months ago #230677 by erilam
Hello,

I have a cb_field where I set the default value to 0 because I have a query field who check this value to apply or not a promotion. The system works fine until the subscription is activ but when the subscription is expired the value is set to 0 again even if there was another value.. (I hope it is clear)

Of course my customer wants to keep this info alive because if the subscriber wants to reneval his subscription he also wants to have his promotion.

Of course there is no auto-action on this field or cb_field integration in this plan.

Any idea of what is wrong ?

Thx for answers

The cb_field :

Sounds like you've one of your plans that is controlling the value of the field on subscription activation and you've set it to reverse the value on deactivation. Please edit your plans and check Integrations > Fields to see if one of your plans is controlling the fields value.

Well I have checked all my plan and there's nothing abnormal. And with several tests made today I note that the bug my customer have signaled isn't good, the field stay full.

I apologise for reporting a wrong information here, you can delete the thread if you want.
