Error 500 when installing CB plugins

Error 500 when installing CB plugins was created by romolo
Whenever we install a CB Plugin (through CB Component extension manager) we receive the following:
"500 - Internal Server Error"
Although the plugin appears to install successfully when we navigate back to the plugin list.
Why is this? And what is the solution?

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done re-try to install something and see if the error exposes further so you can see what exactly is erroring. Once done provide the error here (do not provide debug log info at bottom of page, just provide any errors you see).
