Error 500 when visiting CB Configuration & User Management?

10 years 7 months ago #234276 by romolo
Every time we try and visit Configuation and User Management in the back end of CB we receive an error 500?

Yet all the other back end menu items; Tab, Field, List, Plugin management and tools all seem work...

Can someone advise what is the problem here and how to solve it?

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Next cause the error again and the error should be exposed. Provide any fatal errors you see here in a reply.

Check your server error logs for the error. 500 error is a server error so it's either fatal PHP, fatal SQL, or server configuration causing it. Error log should give you the full error.
