Plans Display Order

How can I ensure the Subscriptions are displayed above the Donations? I have the following plan structure:
* These plans have their Allow new subscriptions, Allow registration, and Allow upgrade to this options set to No.
~ These plans are not exclusive.
The effect is to allow users to sign up for a subscription (one), but also have the option of additional donations (zero or several). Currently, the donation plans are displayed before the subscription plans, on both the front-end and the back-end. This is contrary to the values of the Ordering field.
Also, on the back-end, "None - Free for No renewal required" appears as the first option and is exclusive (I understand why it is there). I would like to keep it as the first option, but not have it set as default.
- Guest and Membership Accounts*~
- Guest Account (Default, free)
- Various paid plans
- Donation Group*~
- Various donation plans~

Believe that's entirely based off the order of the plans within CBSubs > Plans. So you'd need to make the donation plan ordered as the first plan.
This will always be the case. It's the internal free lifetime plan basically.Also, on the back-end, "None - Free for No renewal required" appears as the first option and is exclusive (I understand why it is there). I would like to keep it as the first option, but not have it set as default.

On registration and the Subscription tab the order parameter is the only determining factor for their order. Ensure they're ordered sequentially (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, etc..) as if you used negative numbers or zeros it won't order correctly. I believe for the basket it'll order by cost (most expensive first). As far as I am aware you can not change the basket ordering.
