None of the error lines show any sort of issue in their code. You've likely something installed or configured that's taking way too long to process. CB Conditional can be pretty heavy if you have a lot of fields for it to parse though as it needs to check them all for conditionals and for values. If you're using CB Auto Actions review all of your usages as one maybe has errors. Best way to determine if it's a specific CB plugin is to disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management.
