Error when uploading an image to CB Gallery

Error when uploading an image to CB Gallery was created by allenjj
I get a 400 error when uploading an image to the CB Gallery module in a users profile. What am I doing wrong or need to change as a setting? Im guessing its either a permission issue or I need to set a default for the gallery location but can not seem to figure out either.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to upload again to see if any fatal errors are present.
